"I began my professional relationship with Jessica in 2018. At this time, I was transitioning into a new field and had few contacts that I felt I could reliably call when I needed advice, perspective or just to vent. Being coached by Jessica was instrumental to the success that I've since found at my company, and has helped me achieve both promotion and deeper satisfaction. 

Rather than simply prescribing her own solutions, I found Jessica to be a great active listener during our work together. Hearing what I had to say, then asking good questions encouraged me to think critically about my own positions and feelings. I appreciated being truly heard, even as I argued both sides of a situation,  then questioned thoughtfully about my opinions and assumptions. 

My work with Jessica helped me to build structure in my professional life that had previously been lacking. Developing systems and routines that worked for me was truly pivotal, and Jessica's thoughtful coaching was tremendously helpful in actualizing those ambitions.
