Meet Jessica

I support creatives, visionaries, and sensitive leaders in using their own creative intelligence to build businesses and lives that thrive—by helping them remember the power of who they were before fear taught them to perform, prove, or push through, and guiding them back to the solid, radiant truth that was never lost—only covered up.

Because thriving isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to who you’ve always been.

In the third—and worst—burnout of my life, I realized I was a creative soul trying to survive in a system that wasn’t built for me. For years, I had forced myself to fit into traditional work environments, and it was slowly killing me. (I’ll come back to what happened next.)

I’ve spent my life around highly creative—and often neurodivergent—people, myself included. I’ve watched us struggle in a world built for linear thinkers. I’ve seen the quiet unraveling of confidence, the communication breakdowns, and the fear that we’ll never quite fit. And I’ve witnessed what’s possible when we stop trying to fit—and start honoring how we’re built.

In 2021, I had the opportunity to lead a team of creatives to a level of success no one thought possible. That experience changed everything. I realized I wanted to help other creatives rise—not just in their careers, but in their sense of self.

At twenty-two, I left a tiny farming town in northeast Ohio and moved to Southern California with eight boxes of books and a suitcase. No car. No college degree. In the years that followed, I let jobs, relationships, and trauma define my worth—always chasing, never arriving. Inadequacy was the undercurrent.

Twenty years later, I hit that wall again—but harder. Burned out, emaciated, sleep-deprived, and more dysregulated than ever.

This time, I chose myself.
I chose to stop abandoning my body.
I chose to rest, to listen, to soften.
I chose to believe another way was possible.
I chose to meet my fears with curiosity and compassion instead of control.

And slowly, I uncovered something steady and luminous beneath the noise—a presence that had been there all along: unshakable, wise, and deeply loving. My essential self.

If any of this feels familiar, I’d love to hear your story.
Are you ready to soar in your work?

A little buzz around this work that I’m honored to share.

I was recently interviewed for a feature that explores the heart of this work—why emotional intelligence, fulfillment, and alignment matter so deeply in how we lead, create, and live.

It’s a small moment, but a meaningful one. I’m grateful to see these ideas reaching beyond me.

This quote captures what I care most about in my work—helping people build lives that feel as good as they look on paper.

“I help entrepreneurs stop feeling trapped by one-size-fits-all advice and start building businesses — and lives — that actually feel good to live inside.”
