I truly believe that each person has a gift that only they can give to the world in a way that only they can give it.
Mine is to help people find out what their gift is and to help them offer it to the world.
I believe that offering this gift to the world is how we find our deepest happiness, fulfill our highest potential, have all the adventures that seem the most exciting to us and receive the gifts that are meant for us.
I believe that if we were all doing this, we would be making the world a better place by just doing the things that we are the most inspired by and curious about.
Which is different things at different times in our lives and very different things for different people. To an introvert, uninterrupted hours alone designing code could be the best thing, to an extrovert who loves fashion, perhaps that’s working in a retail shop, to someone who sees how to connect people in service of a common goal, that might be leading a company. When done in the peace and happiness of being in your zone of genius, all of those things are a great service to the world.
I am inspired and compelled by the power of communication and how that, and believing the best about one another creates connection. This can (and does) transform some of the most dire and awful situations in the human experience into beauty.
By inhabiting our zone of genius and connecting with one another, I believe we really can change the world.

Hi
I came to coaching by way of fifteen years of working on the wholesale side the wine & spirits industry. I was working for a small but excellent importer of Italian grower-producer wines and small batch craft spirits and had undertaken almost every role in the company before they created an opportunity for me to hire, train and manage their Southern California sales team.
At the time I had just been introduced to the work of Martha Beck, one of the most respected matriarchs of life coaching, and I was devouring her books and podcast like it was my job. Becoming a coach was the furthest thing from my mind - I just found her work life-giving, relevant and resonant with the kind of compassion and integrity I was craving.
I started to use the tools I was learning for myself with my sales team and that took us all on a three-year journey of the most dramatic growth the company had ever experienced. Meanwhile, I was beginning to realize that the most rewarding part of my job was helping my team grow holistically into their goals, small and large (i.e. coaching). I started to explore different coaching and sales possibilities within the career coaching space and finally decided to take the leap of enrolling in Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Training Course in March of 2024.
I am so excited to be sharing my passion for helping people discover their true, authentic selves and how they want to give that to the world through coaching!
I specialize in career transitions - helping people grow in their careers, change their careers, or change their relationship to their careers.
My deep empathy and inclination to see the best in everyone are just a few of the things that power the transformation that I facilitate in my coaching. The way I make learning and growth playful helps big changes feel within reach. My holistic and somatic approach to living vibrantly in and through the body integrates our whole being allowing the heart to lead the way into the next chapter.
