I specialize in career transitions - helping you grow in your career, change your career or change your relationship to your career.

I help you tap into your own innate wisdom to discover WHAT is only yours to give, HOW you want to give that to the world and how to LIVE your life in a way that makes you HAPPY to be alive. In more concrete terms, my passion and expertise is in 

• Helping people discover the vocation that they find truly rewarding

• Helping people grow and learn in their vocation

• Helping people find ways to have a healthier, happier relationship with the vocation that is already the right fit

I do this through

• Establishing a somatic connection to your highest, most essential self

• Teaching you tools to discover and follow that essential self, finding out what lights you up

• Uncovering and resolving limiting beliefs that are keeping you from what you want

• Helping you discover creative ideas for how to use your passions and skills to find and serve a need in the world

• Fascilitating a plan for how to build and execute those ideas

• Connecting you with the resources you need to turn those ideas into reality (masterminding, accountability, support network, resume expertise & other professional services)

• Celebrating each of your successes along the way
